30 days after the item is received. No returns accepted on installed items. All returns may be subject to a 10-25% restocking fee. Buyers must contact us BEFORE sending the return in order to get an RMA number. Returns are shipped back paid by the buyer and must be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex.
